REGISTRATION FORM

Course Description: This is a hands-on modeling class in a small group setting. The class is designed to improve the quality of your in-house preliminary work, elevate your Auxiliary Staff’s modeling skills, and reduce unnecessary costs before a case ever leaves your office. you will:

  • Learn how to pour bubble-free models.
  • Identify and correct deficiencies in preliminary models to improve your custom trays.
  • Fabricate a PERFECT custom tray. 

Instructors: Denture Department Manager Martin De Ugarte will share his expertise and skill along with J-Dent’s Founder and Lab Manager Chuck Jesse.

Who Should Attend: All Auxiliary Staff who are charged with making models.

Cost: A nominal $39. (Class fee may be paid by check prior to the evening of the class.)
