Meet the J-Dent Staff
Chuck Jesse founded J-Dent in 1982 and is the sole owner and a full-time member of the staff. He spends half of his time managing the lab and and the other half running the Cast Department. Chuck spends weekends at his property in Shenandoah County where he enjoys beekeeping, woodworking and the rural lifestyle.
Martin De Ugarte, our Denture Department Manager, is the newest member of our staff but comes to us with more than 15 years of experiences as a Dental Technician, as well as management experience. He is passionate about his work and takes pride in his attention to detail, examining every step of the process to deliver the best possible denture. Martin lives in Burke, Virginia, with his wife and three children.
Dental Technician Carlos Archila was introduced to Dental Technology at a young age by his father who had a small home-based dental lab in Guatemala. Carlos has been with J-Dent for almost 25 years working mostly in Cast Partial Framework Department. In recent years, his production responsibilities have expanded to include acrylic processing and finishing. He and his wife have three adult children and live in Centreville, Virginia.
