We provide free standard pickup and delivery service in the Washington Metropolitan Area via private contract couriers for Local Clients and United Parcel Service (UPS) for Non-Local Clients.

Tips to avoid scheduling problems

  • Please allow us adequate time to complete your cases. Scheduling guidelines can be found by clicking on the “Turn Around Time” button. Rush cases should be arranged in advance.
  • Make sure that your requested return date is a day that your office will be open between 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
  • If your patient is scheduled on the return date for 2:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter, or if your office is closing at exactly 2:00 p.m., please note this on the prescription form. In the event that the driver is running late, your pick-up or delivery will be given priority.
  • Finally, provide us with an alternate site where we might make a pickup or delivery when your office is closed. Actual examples of this include: behind the stairwell, the business next door or the 7-11 downstairs. If you can arrange for such an alternate site, let us know and this information will automatically be included on the driver’s route sheet. The level of service described above has proven over the years to meet our mutual needs most of the time, and most economically. Your observance of this protocol helps us to control this expense and keep our businesses running smoothly.
